Our Story
Merselec was founded in 2021 by Directors Jon Wilcock and Sean McLoughlin, who brought together decades of experience in electrical engineering and construction project delivery. Based on the Wirral, the company quickly established a strong reputation within the region’s construction industry for delivering high-quality electrical services and professional project management.
In 2023, Neil Robertson joined the company as a director, bringing extensive experience in the mechanical sector. His appointment strengthened the company’s capabilities and enabled Merselec to offer fully integrated M.E.P packages covering both mechanical and electrical building services.
Since its formation, the company has continued to grow by building strong relationships with clients, contractors and project teams who value reliability, expertise and a collaborative approach.
What We Do
We deliver electrical and mechanical services for projects ranging from £10,000 to £5 million. Our work spans a variety of sectors, including commercial developments, education facilities, hospitality environments and healthcare buildings.
